Happy Black Friday loves! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and is ready to work off all the food today with some holiday shopping! I've put together a quick list of all the stores I will be checking out today (including online boutiques)
It's Thanksgiving week! Happy Tuesday y'all! I still haven't decided what I'm wearing to Thanksgiving lunch this year, but this dress was definitely a top contender. Too bad I pulled it out earlier and wore it - oops.
I had the busiest weekend running around with my parents in town. Since we're all high strung on baby fever, we took my mom and mother in law to Babies R Us to show them what we had put on the registry and I can't put into words how excited and giddy those two were. My mom wanted to buy everything off the rack that screamed cute (which was LITERALLY EVERYTHING).
I was 16 weeks and 3 days pregnant when I first realized things weren't going to fit the same anymore. I'm not exaggerating when I say it happened overnight! I woke up one morning for work and NO pants fit. I remember frantically trying on 5 pairs and ...nothing.
I've been super homesick the past couple months. I was out at brunch with a few of my friends from Michigan a week ago and was complaining about the heat (as usual) in Houston. Her response to why the weather is so important to people in the Midwest made complete sense - I can now put into words why it's more than just the "weather" that gets to me here.
It's date night! Hope y'all enjoy this cozy fall look I put together. I fell in love with this cardigan the second I came across it online.
Your 20s are special and the people you spend them with are even more special. Crazy to think how many people important to me are on their way to engagements, big gigs and babies!
I was back in the wonderful city of Chicago for the weekend and wanted to bask in everything Fall (cause everyone knows, there's no proper fall in Houston).
